This numismatic bookmark was developed for the exhibition “Roms vergessener Kreuzzug. Die Schlacht am Harzhorn” [Rome’s forgotten crusade. The battle at the Harzhorn] which took place from 1 September 2013 to 19 January 2014 in Braunschweig. With its impressive exhibits, this showed that the Roman Empire continued its expansion deep into the land of the Germanic tribes, even in the 3rd Century.
