A major success for our colleague: Florian Wegner, Sales Team Leader at Mietens & Partner, has become the state champion in the performance-based table tennis divisions in the under-1800-point category.

On his way to the title, he put on an impressive performance, winning a total of seven matches in a row. Things got particularly exciting in the last four matches: Each went into overtime—and Florian Wegner kept his cool all the way. Clear proof of his extraordinary mental strength at the table.

Table tennis is considered one of the fastest racket sports in the world and requires not only tactical skill but, above all, tremendous reaction speed, dynamism, and physical fitness. Florian Wegner lays the necessary foundation with a consistent training program: In addition to his actual table tennis training, the 50-year-old fully qualified lawyer completes a demanding bodyweight workout two to three times a week, using only his own body weight.
