Achieving the highest customer satisfaction is our top priority. To this end, we permanently identify the requirements of our customers for the quality of our products and services. Every year, we determine external customer satisfaction, and work to further increase customer satisfaction, taking into account these results. In the scope of a holistic customer concept, the employees from various departments also consider themselves as internal customers. We strive for the highest possible customer satisfaction, via the cooperative collaboration of everyone.

Zero errors and 100% deadline adherence are our goal. To this end, we practise a constructive company culture, when dealing with errors, in that we deal with them openly and analytically, to eliminate causes, and consistently improve and further optimize our systems and processes. In this sense, we see errors as chances to contribute to the further development of our systems and processes.
